Where do you train?

I offer multiple ways to train! My studio gym is located in Glendale, Arizona and is fully equipped to maximize in-person workouts. I also offer virtual training so you can workout from the convenience of your home while still getting 1-on-1 coaching. Like working out at your local gym, but need a structured program and tailored coaching? No problem! I also offer online coaching options.

Who do you train?

I pride myself on empowering busy women, typically in their 30s-40s, who have put their health on the back-burner and are ready to make their health a priority. I work with people of all fitness and skill levels from never-ever tried resistance training or structured programming to athletes with specific performance goals.

How much are your programs?

I believe that fitness and nutrition programs are not one-size-fits-all, and that random workouts don't help people reach their goals. Therefore, I offer multiple different programming options to fit your budget, level of commitment, and your goals. Courology Programs

Regaining control of your health requires consistency and sustainability through focused, goal-oriented programming. At Courology Fitness, I have several different options to fit your goals, level of commitment, and budget.

In-Person Training

Need a coach to work with you 1-on-1? This option is for you! I will coach you through all of your workouts to ensure you complete them safely and effectively.

Online Coaching

This is a great option for people who know their way around the gym but need a structured program to reach their goals and some coaching guidance along the way.

Hybrid Program

Best of both worlds! The hybrid program is for people who like to workout on their own but still need 1-on-1 coaching for new skills or perfecting technique.
